This is to help us get accurate numbers for people attending and not to be left with a hotel charge for people who don’t show up.
If you don’t turn up on the day (regardless of reason) or cancel your place AFTER Thursday 11th April at 12 noon (regardless of reason), your card will be charged £99 to cover the cost that the hotel will charge us.
